Commission Rules Overview:

Commissions are divided into two categories: Registration Commission and Revenue Share Commission. Here are the details:

1. Registration Commission:

1.1 For every new user who registers using an agent's invite code, the agent gets credited. You earn $0.5 for every successful registration. The final commission is calculated based on the number of registrations and a quality score. Formula: Registration Commission = $0.5 x Number of Registrations x Quality Score / 100. (in USD)

1.2 Quality Score:

The quality score is determined by the recharge rate of the registered group. If you have more than 20 registrations, the system automatically enables the registration commission mode, and you'll receive previous commissions based on your quality score. If the recharge rate is ≥ 15%, the quality score is 100. If the recharge rate is < 15%, the quality score decreases, affecting the final commission.

(Note: Recharge rate rounds down. So, 14.5% is considered as 14%)

2. Revenue Share Commission:

2.1 This commission comes from the agent's direct and indirect users, divided into first and second levels.

For example:

John → Mike → Sarah

In this structure:

John invited Mike to register. Hence, for John, Mike is a first-level user.

Mike then invited Sarah, making Sarah a second-level user for John.

This hierarchy demonstrates the layered relationship of invitations and their corresponding user levels.

Agents earn a percentage of their lower-level users' subscription payments.

  • 40% from first-level users
  • 10% from second-level users

However, if users recharge through Apple App Store (which takes its own cut), the commissions are reduced to:

  • 20% from first-level users
  • 10% from second-level users

2.2 Refund Deductions:

If a lower-level user receives a successful refund after subscribing, the agent's commission will be deducted.
